Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
In a large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and egg yolks until smooth.
Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Allow the pie to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
