Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
Bake crust for 8 minutes. Remove and let cool.
In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and key lime juice until smooth.
Pour filling into the cooled crust and bake for 10 minutes.
Cool pie to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Garnish with lime zest before slicing and serving.
