Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken chunks until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until mushrooms are softened, about 5 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream and stir in thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
