Preparation Steps
Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
Fold in chopped jelly beans gently to avoid melting them.
Pour mixture into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Cut into squares and serve chilled.
