Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over each.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the jalapeños are tender.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
