Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
Add the Irish cream liqueur, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until all ingredients are fully combined.
Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill and set.
Serve chilled, optionally garnished with whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
Notes
Use high-quality Irish cream for the best flavor. This dessert is best served cold and consumed within 3 days.
