Instructions
Preparation Steps
Add the ziti pasta, marinara sauce, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot.
Stir gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once cooking is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
Open the lid and carefully stir in the ricotta and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top and close the lid for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
