Preparation Steps
Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
Add 1 cup of water and 1 teaspoon salt to the Instant Pot.
Place the metal trivet inside the pot and arrange potatoes on top.
Seal the lid and cook on manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
Carefully remove potatoes, slice open, and top with butter or desired toppings.
