Instructions
Prepare the Crust:
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking dish to form the base. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream and chopped Kinder bars into the cream cheese mixture.
Pour the filling over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Chill the Bars:
Refrigerate the cheesecake bars for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to set completely.
Add the Topping:
Once set, drizzle melted Kinder chocolate over the top and sprinkle with additional chopped Kinder bars for decoration.
Place back in the fridge for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
Serve:
Slice into bars and serve chilled.
