Instructions
Prepare the Oven and Pan:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
Make the Brownie Batter:
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter and sugar mixture, stirring until just combined.
Assemble the Brownies:
Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the brownie batter.
Sprinkle the chopped Snickers bars evenly over the caramel sauce.
Pour the remaining brownie batter over the Snickers layer, spreading it out evenly to cover.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs attached.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan.
Serve:
Once cooled, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the brownies out of the pan.
Cut into squares and serve.
