Instructions
Prepare the Pork Chops:
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
Layer in Crock-Pot:
Place the seasoned pork chops in the bottom of the Crock-Pot.
Add Seasonings and Butter:
Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the pork chops.
Place the stick of butter on top of the chops, and scatter the pepperoncini peppers around them.
If you’re using water or chicken broth, pour it around the edges of the pork chops.
Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.
Serve:
The pork chops can be served with the cooking juices spooned over the top. They pair well with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables to make a complete meal.
