How to Make Cucumber Bites with Herbed Cream Cheese and Cherry Tomato

Instructions
Prepare the Cucumbers:
Wash the cucumbers and peel them if desired. Slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
Use a small spoon or melon baller to scoop out a small indentation in the center of each cucumber slice, being careful not to scoop all the way through. This will hold the cream cheese mixture.
Make the Herbed Cream Cheese:
In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the chopped dill, chives, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Assemble the Cucumber Bites:
Using a small spoon or a piping bag fitted with a star tip, fill each cucumber cup with the herbed cream cheese mixture.
