Homemade Bacon Ham and Cheese Breakfast Rolls At Home

Ingredients

package refrigerated pizza dough
or homemade pizza dough
▢
6-8
slices
cooked bacon
▢
6-8
slices
ham
▢
1-2
cups
shredded cheese
such as cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss
▢

tablespoons
melted butter
▢
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
▢
1
teaspoon
onion powder
▢
1
tablespoon
fresh parsley
chopped (optional for garnish)
▢
Eggs
optional, for serving on the side
Instructions
Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Dough:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
Assemble the Rolls:
Lay the slices of ham evenly over the dough, covering the surface.
Arrange the cooked bacon on top of the ham.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the bacon and ham.
Roll and Cut:
Starting with one of the long sides, roll the dough tightly into a log.
Slice the roll into 1 to 1.5-inch pieces using a sharp knife or dental floss to make clean cuts.
Bake the Rolls:
Place the rolls cut-side up in a greased baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Serve:
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the baked rolls for garnish.
Serve the breakfast rolls warm, optionally with eggs cooked to your liking on the side.
