Use flank steak or ribeye if preferred.

Brown or white rice - your choice.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced onion and peppers; sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the steak to the skillet; season with salt and black pepper.
Cook until the steak is browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Top with shredded provolone cheese, cover and let melt for a couple of minutes.
Serve the steak mixture over cooked rice.
Notes
Add hot sauce for a kick! For a lighter version, use cauliflower rice.
