Instructions
Preparation Steps
Line a 9-inch springform pan with plastic wrap.
Spread the vanilla ice cream as the first layer and smooth it with a spatula.
Top with an even layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries.
Freeze for 10 minutes, then repeat with the strawberry ice cream and more fruit.
Finish with the mango sorbet as the top layer, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Remove from pan, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a richer flavor, you can add a layer of crushed cookies between the ice cream layers.
