Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground chicken over medium heat until no longer pink.
Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in black beans, corn, and salsa. Mix well and remove from heat.
In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips.
Spread half of the chicken mixture over the chips, then sprinkle with cheese.
Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with cheese on top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro and a dollop of sour cream for extra flavor!
