Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Wash and halve the baby red potatoes.
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Place potatoes on the grill grates and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and grill-marked.
Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley before serving.
