Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
Fold in the mini marshmallows and crushed peppermint candies gently.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and sprinkle extra crushed peppermint candies on top.
Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden and the center is gooey.
Allow to cool before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!
