Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pork
Season the Pork: In a large bowl, toss the pork cubes with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Step 2: Cook the Pork
Heat the Pan: Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the Pork: Add the seasoned pork cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.
Add Garlic & Sauces: Reduce the heat to medium, add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and honey (if using). Stir well to coat the pork.
Finish Cooking: Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is fully cooked and caramelized.
Step 3: Serve
Garnish & Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
