Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well in the garlic butter mixture.
Arrange the thighs skin-side up in a baking dish and pour any remaining mixture over the top.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken overnight in the garlic butter.
