Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add Brussels sprouts cut side down and cook undisturbed for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Stir the sprouts, add minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
