Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter to form the crust mixture.
Press crust mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
Fold in 2 cups of sprinkles into the cream cheese mixture.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 60 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving. Top with remaining sprinkles.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat cream cheese. Ensure cake has cooled completely before slicing.
