Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the light brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the white chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
