Preparation Steps
Grate the cucumber, then squeeze out the excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
Season with salt and black pepper, then stir well to combine.
Add fresh dill if using, mix again and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled as a dip or sauce for grilled dishes.
