Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Drain excess fat from the skillet.
Stir in chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Pour in water and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
