Instructions for Stuffed French Toast (2 Ways):
For the Cream Cheese and Berry Stuffed French Toast:
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and mixed berries until well combined.
Spread the cream cheese and berry mixture evenly on 4 slices of bread, then top each with another slice to create sandwiches.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Dip each stuffed sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
Cook the stuffed French toast sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
