Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season salmon filets with salt and pepper, then place them skin-side down in the skillet.
Cook for 6-7 minutes, until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Add garlic and butter to the skillet and let it melt, spooning the sauce over the salmon.
Finish with lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
