Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Add pineapple chunks to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
