Preparation Steps
In a bowl, mix shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until combined and sticky.
Shape the mixture into 12 small bars and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze the bars for at least 30 minutes until firm.
Melt chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip each frozen bar into the melted chocolate, coating evenly, then place back on parchment paper.
Chill the dipped bars in the refrigerator until chocolate hardens, about 15 minutes.
