Instructions
Preparation Steps
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the pot and sauté for 3 minutes until softened.
Stir in tomato sauce, beef broth, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add elbow macaroni and stir to combine.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Stir the goulash, adjust seasoning if needed, and serve warm.
