Instructions
Preparation Steps
Grease the Instant Pot insert and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Pour batter into the greased Instant Pot insert and smooth the top.
Place the trivet inside the Instant Pot, pour 1.5 cups of water into the pot, and lower the insert on top.
Seal the Instant Pot lid and cook on manual high pressure for 25 minutes.
Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
Remove the insert carefully and let brownies cool before slicing.
Notes
For extra richness, serve brownies warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
