Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, beaten egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and chopped onion. Mix well.
Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
Spread additional ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 60 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra moisture, serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
