Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through to brown evenly.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
Try adding a squeeze of lemon juice before serving for extra brightness.
