Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and butter until smooth.
Stir in corn kernels, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top of the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be prepared a day in advance and reheated. For extra crunch, add chopped green onions on top just before serving.
