Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
Mix in the softened cream cheese and melted butter until smooth.
Add the sugar and eggs, and stir until well combined.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
