Preparation Steps
In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Add chocolate chips to the melted butter and stir until completely melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan and let cool until firm.
Cut into bars and serve.
