Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.
3 cups potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
Arrange half of the sliced potatoes in the baking dish in an even layer.

Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the potatoes.
