Instructions
Preparation Steps
Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and grease lightly with butter.
In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and half of the chopped Cadbury mini eggs.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining chopped Cadbury mini eggs on top and gently press down.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
