Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar until combined.
Whisk in the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Fold in butterscotch chips evenly through the batter.
Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
Store blondies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
