Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Bake the chicken for 20 minutes or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then mix in the buffalo wing sauce until combined.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove from oven and shred with two forks.
Toss shredded chicken in the buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated.
Serve immediately, or use in sandwiches, wraps, or salads.
Notes
For extra heat, add a dash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce to the buffalo sauce before tossing with the chicken.
