Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and milk. Stir constantly until mixture starts to boil.
Boil for 1 minute while stirring constantly, then remove from heat.
Quickly stir in Biscoff spread, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Add oats to the saucepan and mix until fully coated with the sauce.
Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool to set before serving.
