Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium saucepan, combine the cream cheese and beer over medium heat. Stir until cream cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
Gradually add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir well to combine.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until dip thickens.
Remove from heat and serve warm with crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
Best served immediately. Leftovers can be refrigerated and gently reheated before serving.
