Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Season with salt and black pepper, then stir in shredded cabbage.
Cook, stirring frequently, until cabbage is tender and slightly wilted, about 10 minutes.
Optional: Stir in soy sauce for added flavor and cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
