Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine ricotta, half of the mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.
Place chicken breasts on top of the marinara sauce.
Spoon the ricotta mixture over the chicken, then top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake for about 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

For added flavor, serve with a sprinkle of fresh basil or a side salad.
