In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, apple cider vinegar, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
Place the chicken in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag, removing excess air, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat your grill or oven. If grilling, cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. If baking, spread the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes at 375°F.
Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This marinade works great with vegetables too. Serve with grilled peppers for an extra kick!
