Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Fill each taco shell with seasoned beef, then top with shredded cheese.
Place stuffed shells on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, green onions, and a dollop of sour cream.
Notes
For extra flavor, add some sliced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce on top before serving.
