Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until pink and opaque, about 5 minutes.
Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Soak a rice paper wrapper for about 30 seconds until soft.
Lay the softened wrapper on a clean surface and place a small amount of noodles, shrimp, greens, and carrots in the center.
Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly. Repeat until all are made.
Serve with a side of dipping sauce, such as hoisin or peanut sauce.
Notes
Try adding sliced avocado or bell peppers for extra taste. Serve with a sweet chili sauce for dipping!
