Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, combine the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, then into water, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
Fry shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels before serving.
