Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
On each lasagna noodle, spread a layer of the cheese mixture and roll it up tightly.
Place the roll-ups seam-side down in the baking dish and top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Great for meal prep!
