Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, olive oil, and a pinch of salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the dough to fit a pizza pan.
Spread pizza sauce over the base, then layer with mozzarella cheese, ham, and pineapple.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
